Custom Orders

When placing a custom T-shirt order, you are agreeing to the following:

 

  • Final Approval: Once designs are approved by you, production will begin. After this point, changes cannot be made.

  • No Returns: All custom orders are final sale unless there is a production error or defect.

  • Design Rights: You must have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or text provided for your design. Kingdom Mercantile is not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement.

  • Production Timeline: Custom orders require additional time for production. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order, but may vary slightly based on volume and material availability.
