Shipping Policy

At Kingdom Mercantile, we work hard to ensure your order is prepared with care and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

 

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Custom items may require additional time, and any extended timelines will be clearly communicated at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking information provided once your package is on its way.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Delays: While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, unforeseen carrier delays (such as weather or holiday volume) may occur and are outside of our control.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Return &

Exchange Policy

At Kingdom Mercantile, we want every purchase to bring a little extra magic to your day. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition. Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging.

  • Custom Orders: All custom apparel orders are final sale unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.

Exchanges​

  • Exchanges may be made for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Important Notes​

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
